Enterprise performance management (EPM) is a process for managing and analyzing the performance of an organization in order to achieve its strategic objectives. EPM typically involves the use of data analysis and business intelligence tools to gather and report on information related to an organization’s financial, operational, and strategic performance.
The primary goal of EPM is to provide decision-makers with the information they need to make more informed choices about how to allocate resources, improve business processes, and optimize overall organizational performance. This can involve the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance scorecards that help managers track progress towards their goals and make data-driven decisions about where to focus their efforts.
• To be accountable for overall performance management of the organization with timeliness, quality and engagement
Define corporate strategy and current year scorecard
Define and align N1 and N2 to the corporate strategy and scorecard
Drive change for the entire organization to move towards a data led enterprise performance management
Design and execute the nudge framework to provide real time updates on KPI performance for proactive actions
Publish monthly Scorecard reporting for N1, N2 and Corporate
Oversee goal setting program across the organization ensuring alignment and quality
Facilitate and publish monthly goals for N1/N2 and publish results
Conduct reviews throughout the organization • Identify areas that require immediate attention and improvement
Establish KPI tree for all KPIs across organization with clearly identified cause and effect relationship.
Facilitate and assist to improvise and improve KPIs
Update Corporate Scorecard results on a monthly basis
Track critical project status through business intelligence data
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to evaluate performance and identify trends and areas for improvement
Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure that resources are being used efficiently and effectively.
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices related to performance management and data privacy.
Performance Audit
Conduct monthly audit of KPIs at random units across the organization and publish report of improvement achieved
Analyse changes in business conditions and recommend probable intervention to ensure targets are met
Update CEO and follow-up on weekly task status of Directors
Stakeholder Management
Leading and managing a team of EPMO Specialists, associates and other staff members in the EPMO department
Providing direction, guidance, and support to the team to ensure they meet their goals and objectives
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations
Promoting a positive work environment and maintaining team morale
Qualifications
Education Description:
Masters in Business Administration
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. (Mandatory)
Required Skills (Technical):
Should have in-depth understanding of the entire pharma value chain.
Program Management
Causal Analysis and Pattern Matching
Proficiency in data analysis tools MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc. Exposure to Angular would be a great advantage
