• Drug Substance Production and Quality:

Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

• USP Production:

55 Bioreactors, Media/Feed preparation, CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP, Centrifuge Operation, Monoclonal Antibodies/ Bio-therapeutic Proteins.

• DSP Production:

Recombinant product purification, TFF, Chromatography, Virus Filtration, CIP, and SIP. Buffer preparation activities.

• QMS Production:

Risk assessment, Root cause analysis for deviations, OOT, 005, and QMS document via Track wise. Reviewing GMP and equipment qualification.

• IPQA:

Hands on experience in QA Oversight activities of drug substance manufacturing/ warehouse and shop floor activities.

• QC (Protein Lab):

Technical expertise in protein analytics (Quantitative & Qualitative).

• QC (Bioassays):

In-vitro testing (Cell based & ELISA) for protein therapeutics and monoclonal antibodies.

Desired Profile:

M.Sc. (Lifesciences/Biotechnology/similar discipline) with 3-6 years’ of active research experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Experience in protein/Antibody purification techniques and detail physical/chemical characterization.

•Able to develop bioanalytical methods in HPLC (HIC, SEC, glycan, RP etc)

•Design and execute experiments to optimize and enhance antibody/derivatives production using mammalian expression platforms.

•Able to conceptualize, and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results.
