Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager (Candidate must have 9 to 12 years exp):

1. Process Engineer (B.E Chemical/Biotech.): Candidate must have experience in Project Management, Execution, Validation, Process & Automation for design of Biotech Plant. Person should have hands on experience for process equipment’s like as Fermenters, Bioreactors, Chromatography, TFF, Centrifuge, Process vessels and Utility system (HVAC, WFI, PW & Pure Steam) as per cGMP requirements. Must have exposure for designing of process piping, heat exchanges, process vessel with calculation, flow & heat calculations etc

2. Instrumentation and Control (B.E IC): Candidate must have 12 to 15 years exp. in preventive maintenance of Process & Utility equipment’s, Calibrations, qualification of equipment & compliance of 21 CFR SCADA systems, instruments and utilities as per defined procedure. Must have hands on experience in troubleshooting in areas of SCADA, PLC & instruments, networking, IT & OT network, server & data backup management, knowledge of process equipment’s like as Autoclaves, Bio-reactors, fermenters, Chromatography, TFF, Centrifuge, etc. Calibration of instruments for plant and utilities in SAP.

3. Electrical: (B.E Electrical): Candidate must have experience in maintaining power supply for whole site, Manage shutdowns and load shedding independently, Able to handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of Transformer, DG set, HT & LT panels, UPS & battery for critical loads, operation of DG sets with changeover, Should have hands on experience for QMS system, track wise, SAP etc. Able to handle Fire alarm, access control & door interlock system, etc. Responsible for work permit system and safety compliance at site. Candidate having Electrical supervisor permit/license by Government office (CEE) will be given preference.
