Role & responsibilities:

Handling Chromeleon chromatographic software, Knowledge of ALCOA principle, ICH, OOS and OOT.

Responsible for analysis of Finished product (API), Stability samples, Raw material, Intermediate and In-process by HPLC as per work allocation.

Responsible for analysis as per existing release specifications and testing methods.

Responsible for timely information of OOS, OOT, Incident and deviation.

Responsible for proper (as per respective SOP) handling and storage of samples.

Responsible for calibration of instrument.

To ensure current SOP/Specification/Method of analysis is being used

Execution of Process feasibility batches/scale-up batches in consultation with manager

including at R&D & pilot plant/other units, supporting and addressing scale-up related issues

Preparation and execution of documents like Feasibility report/scale up/Pre exhibit

batch report and review & approval of documents like BMR, BPR, PVP and HTSP & PVR

Supporting for technology transfer of assigned projects from pilot scale/exhibit scale to

scale-up and trouble shooting in process scale-up activities.

Identify the bottlenecks in the entire process well in advance and facilitate solution for

smooth and effective technology transfer of the assigned products.

Revision of SOP for allocated equipment and maintenance of equipment.
