Open Positions

Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in the Food & Pharma Industry
• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure plant certification and compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, GAIN, customer standards, FSSAI, and FDA
  • Plan and execute process validation, hold time studies, cleaning validation, and equipment qualifications
  • Lead customer and regulatory audits, ensuring timely compliance with observations
  • Conduct internal audits per schedule and support closure of findings
  • Manage certification of new products for HALAL, KOSHER, FSSAI, FDA, and FOSCOS registration

Senior Executive – Quality Assurance (QA)

• Experience: Minimum 4 years
• Responsibilities (Position 1):
  • Manage QMS processes: Change Control, Deviation, Non-Conformance, CAPA, OOS/OOT, and Market Complaints
  • Review analytical data for accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee document control, issuance, retrieval, and document cell management
  • Handle incidents and stability studies
• Responsibilities (Position 2):
  • Maintain and enhance the QA system per regulatory, international, and customer standards
  • Evaluate lab analysis, reports, and internal quality standards
  • Prepare and review the Annual Product Quality Review

Executive – Regulatory Affairs (RA)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Food & Pharma Industry
• Responsibilities:
• Apply basic knowledge of FSSAI/FDA registration and guidelines
• Track regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring compliance with market demands
• Prepare Qualitative and Manufacturing Process Equivalence reports
• Demonstrate basic understanding of government tender document preparation
