Position: DCS Officer

Qualification: Diploma in Chemical or B.sc in Chemistry.

Experience: 3-5 years in API Pharma or Intermediate.

Location: Vilayat GIDC, Bharuch

Skills:

• Proficiency in DCS operations.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain DCS (Emerson Delta-V) systems.
• Handle unit operations such as reaction, distillation, crystallization, evaporation, drying, and packing.
• Manage material handling of chemicals like ammonia, sulfuric acid, caustic, ethanol, and nitrogen.
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.




Important Note: Candidates with less than one year of experience in their current company will not be considered.
