Qualification- BSC or MSC in Biotechnology or

 Molecular biology

 

Job description

 

Research and identification of key microbial genes that code for enzyme proteins of interest.

 

Develop, and establish protocols for microbial DNA isolation, cloning, and successful transformation of host microorganism and check yield of target enzyme protein. Develop and establish protocols for fermentation of microbial strains for the manufacture of enzymes in the lab, pilot, and large scale.

 

Position QC officer/Executive.

Experience Required - Minimum 1 Year

Qualification BSC or MSC - Microbiology

Location Gorwa, Vadodara

 

Roles & Responsibility


Able to perform different enzyme assays. Operation and Calibration of various instruments. RM and FP Analysis and its documentation. SOP preparation and documentation
