Job description :-

Reviewer – Review of Analytical document for different laboratory activities.
Investigation Report Preparation and/or Review of OOS , OOT, Incident, Lab Events, CAPA, Change control & Deviation.
To ensure that work is going on as per SOP/ STP/ CSOP/ GTP including GLP and EHS norms with Laboratory Discipline.
To review/ ensure all the related log books and records of wet Laboratory and to ensure timely updation.
Ensure timely submission of all related documents to Quality Assurance.
To guide the analyst about good laboratory practices.
Authorized for review and signature of Certificate of Analysis of Water Samples, Raw Material, Finish product, Stability and Packing Material.
Planning for the Analysis of samples (in process, finished product, Raw material, Stability study, Validation etc. ) on HPLC and maintain the records in time.
