Job description:

Co-ordinate daily production requirement Heading Plant Operations, Customer Service experience is delivered to OEM, Achieve EBITDA results in line with profitability.

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material and machine.

Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing operations will be an advantage.

To developing new process concepts for production optimization- yield improvement, effective manpower deployment & enhancing machinery utilization

Role will be to manage all function of plant including Production, Operations, Quality control, Support function.

To impart training to various functions in-line with current regulatory requirement of various countries at regular intervals to make the team effective.

Develop and implement strategies to promote efficient and cost-effective work practices and monitor and analyse work practices and cost factors within the plant and manufacturing team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have sound experience of Sterile Injectable Facility and working in the capability of Production Head for Last 4 years.
