Position:- Management Trainee

Job description

Assiting the MM / GPM / PM for the assigned brands

Developing strategies for the assigned brands and ensuring timely delivery of inputs according to the strategies & requirements

Analyzing sales data / market data for the respective brands

Liaise with the advertising agencies/ printers / gift suppliers regarding the timely delivery of promotional inputs

Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise in the form of printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant scientific references

Close liaison with the field force to assess the implementation and effectiveness of current promotional materials and campaigns

Acting as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Medical and Regulatory departments to address any issue that may arise.

Preparing annual marketing plan for the assigned brands

Preparing launch kit and ensuring timely delivery as per the plan for new product launch, if any

Working as country guardian for the assigned countries and co-ordinate
