We are strengthening our PM Biology team at Aragen Life Sciences -Hyderabad

Fresh Post Graduates / (or 1-2 yrs.) from relevant experience of PMO, Biology background, M.Sc. / M.Pharmacy (Pharmacology) / Pharma MBA.

Job Description:

The incumbent should be pro-active and spirited high for the quicker delivery, and undertake the below key operational activities promptly with least intervention –

Adhere and prioritize the work plan without any deviation from the objective defined by stake-holders and bring efficiency in the PM activities.

Develop a good working relation and liaise with all the scientific teams for smooth delivery of projects, coordinate all the process flow in terms of project management responsibilities between CFT (cross functional teams).

Will be responsible for all the SAP activities – ensure all the SAP activities from project (WBS) creation to closure within the given time lines with zero errors, assigning the budget on timely basis.

Accountable for all the shipments and logistics activities and compound tracking.

Expected to undertake compound management activity – track the movement of every compound either from internal/external stakeholders and maintain records.

Should be able to efficiently maintain and keep a track of routine activities – Project/Study nos., maintaining internal trackers etc

Maintain and work in compliance with all the safety norms and policies of the organisation.

Maintain 100% confidentiality of organizational data as well as any client related information.

Respond promptly to internal/external stakeholders queries, requests and concerns within stipulated time.

Should be a team player. To gel, align and share the collective responsibilities of the PM function.

Should be able to quickly learn, adapt and execute any new assignment provided by the managers.
