Department: Quality Control- Biologics

Designation: Executive to Sr Executive

Qualification: M.Sc or B.Sc (Life Science)

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Budget: 2.4 lap to 6 lpa

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Responsible to test raw plasma, in process and finished product testing as per in house and pharmacopeia specifications under the guidance of supervisor/HOD

2)ELISA (for test of HBsAg, HCV, and HIV, antibodies, and antigens) checking pH and conductivity for in process and finished samples.

Perform SDS page.

3)Maintaining records of raw plasma and plasma bags Mino pooling records.

4) Maintaining and receiving the ready to use kits.

5)Monitoring temperature and humidity in plasma QC, temperature of freezer, refrigerator.

6)Perform pH meter calibration conductivity meter and weighing balance calibration.

7) Assist in preparation of buffers and chemical required for respective testing.

8) To Ensure cleaning and safety in the LAB

9) Assist in testing any other samples as per instructions of supervisor/HOD
