Position Details: Manufacturing Shop Floor Automation – IT Operational Technology (IT/OT)

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager

Experience Required: 10 – 18 Years

Job Description:

  • Provide routine support for Manufacturing digitalization applications and drive new initiatives from the IT front for e-logbook, engineering asset management, E-BMR, E-BPR, MES system, SCADA integration for all mfg. PLC and HMI central data repository MIDM-Machine integrated data management of Honeywell and Anmeda, Manufacturing dashboard, MRP planning system, warehouse inventory management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions to optimize plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including 21 CFR part 11 compliance, validation, CSV, documentation of protocols, and pharma shop floor processes. Experience with USFDA audit requirements is preferred.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, including involved machine knowledge and PLC and HMI knowledge.
  • Implement and maintain manufacturing automation systems to ensure efficient plant operations, including OPC software, historian platform, data platform, and weighing scale integration.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training documentation related to the automation systems.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the automation systems.
  • Coordinate with end-users, quality team, and design applications to meet business and quality/regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure system design and integration with ERP-JD Edwards and system integration of industrial devices, PLC/SCADA/DCS/MES.
  • Responsible for integration of various standalone process equipment to centralize the Data acquisition system of the Formulation, Packing, Gather Information, requirements, FS writing.
  • Develop URS, DQ, FS, IQ, OQ, and PQ document, and develop E-logbook forms, MES recipe, review/approve validation, and execute FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ/Go-Live activities.
  • Coordinate with the team as per project schedule to monitor and track progress and coordinate with vendors for project materials and equipment.
  • Responsible for line integration of Production machine with Ethernet compatible PLC and designed centralized SCADA system (PLC replacement, add-on card add Ethernet compatibility and also OPC enable for take data on local SCADA system).

Position Details: JDE Functional (Finance Module)

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager

Experience Required: 4 – 10 Years

Job Description:

  • Proposing systems solutions and identifying opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Assisting in the creation of business requirements, workflows, system design, and functional specifications.
  • Supporting integration testing of enterprise systems and post-implementation validation.
  • Conducting Gap Analysis, coordinating gap closure of business process changes.
  • Preparation of document related to Change control and SOX compliance.
  • Co-ordination with support vendor for any issue/enhancement.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle JD Edwards World or EnterpriseOne ERP 9.0/9.2 with Finance Module.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with full-system implementations.
  • The ability to perform analysis and research business needs to translate those into measurable business requirements and functional design documents.
  • Understanding of Oracle Support processes and procedures.
  • 3+ years’ experience in JD Edwards Implementations and Support Roles.
  • Detail knowledge in AP/AR/GA/India Localization/FA module.

Position Details: JDE Functional (Manufacturing Module)

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager

Experience Required: 4 – 10 Years

Job Description:

  • Minimum 4+ Years of work experience with JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Module
  • Experienced with Change Control.
  • Experienced E1 Business functional knowledge with focus on Manufacturing and Planning. Inventory & Procurement modules would also be preferred.
  • Hands on experience on JDE implementation projects along with upgrade/support.
  • Minimum bachelors degree in engineering or IT or equivalent.
  • JDE 9.2 experience
  • Experience of working in a GMP regulated environment.
  • Knowledge and on job experience on Integration to other systems.
  • Service-minded attitude and ability to communicate effectively with customers, key process owners and business stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience of ERP project implementation and post go-live support.
  • Experience of change management and change control systems, including a sound understanding of software development lifecycles.

Position Details: JDE Functional (Sales & Distribution Module)

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager

Experience Required: 4 – 10 Years

Job Description:

  • Minimum 4+ Years of work experience with JDE EnterpriseOne Sales and Distribution Module
  • Experienced with Change Control
  • Experienced E1 Business functional knowledge with main focus on Sales and Distribution (Procurement, Warehousing, Localization and Sales).
  • Hands on experience on JDE implementation projects along with upgrade/support.
  • Experience of ERP project implementation and post go-live support
  • Experience of change management and change control systems, including a sound understanding of software development lifecycles.

Position Details: IT (Infrastructure)

Designation: Officer / Executive

Experience Required: 2 – 7 Years

Job Description:

  • Person Should able to handle IT Infra. Independently.
  • Should have knowledge of Server + Network Handling.
  • Good in EUS (End User Support)
