We are recruiting for our Injectable Formulation Manufacturing plant located at Ahmedabad (SEZ).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plant Operator-Injectable-Production- ITI/Diploma with 2 to 5 Years of experience in Injectable manufacturing operations. Should have operational knowledge of Aseptic filling, Vial washing, Autoclave, Capping machine, Lyophilizer and Vial leak testing machine.
• Officer-Executive-Injectable Production- B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2 to 5 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection. Should know about QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation).
• Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-Engineering– B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5 to 8 years of experience in Injectable operations (Plant maintenance). Should have experience in Preventive maintenance activities of injectable equipment like Isolators, Filling machines, Lyophilizers and Autoclaves. Exposure to Engineering QMS shall be preferred.
• Plant Operator Engineering- I.T.I /Diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance of Injectable facility. Should have operational expertise in injectable facilities and knowledge of the Utility area- Air Compressor, Chiller and Water system.
• Executive/Sr. Executive- Microbiology- M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 3 to 7 years of experience in Injectable doses form. Should have experience in Media & Culture management, M.L.T., Growth Promotion test, Bio-burden test, Water monitoring (Sampling & Testing), Environment monitoring (Viable & Non-viable) in aseptic area & Identification of environmental isolates.
• Microbiology Sterility Assurance: Officer / Executive – M. Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology) with 2 to 5 Years of relevant microbiology experience. Should have experience in the aseptic area, personal qualification and aseptic process simulation (Media fill).
• Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager- Quality Assurance (IPQA/Validation) B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience in IPQA and Validation/Qualification related activities in Injectable Manufacturing facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

For all the positions, candidates to have exposure in an Injectable Sterile plant and regulatory requirements of documentation as per cGMP/GLP.

Quality Assurance:

• Senior Executive to Dy. Manager – (IPQA ): B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 4 to 7 Years of relevant experience of IPQA majorly in Line clearance of manufacturing and Packing line in Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing facilities.

Warehouse

• Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma /ITI with 4 to12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz; receipt, storage, dispensing and handling of materials.
• Technical Assistant (Dispensing) Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy with 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in Raw material Dispensing Activities.
• Executive to Dy. Manager (Dispensing) B.Sc. /M.Sc./ B. Pharma graduate with 5 to 12 years of experience in handling of all Raw Material Dispensing operations. Well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, Qualification & MES / Automated Dispensing System. Having exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
• Assistant Manager to Dy. Manager B.Sc./M.Sc. / B. Pharm graduate with 5 to 15 years of experience in handling of warehousing activities. Exposure of handling Raw Material, Packing Material and dispensing activities. Good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities. Well versed with SAP knowledge of MM module with WMS. Handling of expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory. Having exposure with respect to USFDA/MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Production:

• Technical Assistant (Operator) – Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy having 5 to 10 Years of experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Ohara, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Encapsulation machine, Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
• Executive to Dy. Manager – B. Pharma / M. Pharma with 5 to 12 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Granulation, Compression, Capsule Filling & Coating. Responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities. Exposure to regulatory audit is must.

Quality Control

• Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – (Analyst) – B.Sc. /B. Pharm/M.Sc. with 3 to 7 years hands-on experience in Finished Goods samples on analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometer. Candidate may also have exposure of wet Analysis, Stability Studies, for Oral Solid Dosage. The software exposure of LIMS, documentum, Trackwise will be preferable.
