Job description:
1. 2+ years recruiting experience in volume and lateral Hiring.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting or Health care.
4. Effective negotiating skills.
5. Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs, Good at Ms Applications, Good at Excel.
6. Familiarity with online job hunting websites Like Naukri, LinkedIn
7. Working knowledge of any industry hiring can also apply for this role.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Candidate with end to end us health care recruitment knowledge will be a added value.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Immediate Joiners are much preferred.

1. Shift Timings : 10 to to 7 Pm (Felixable)
